1. Medium: Watercolor on paper

2. Shapes and objects: A still life composition featuring a glass coffee pot with a red lid and handle, various fruits including oranges, lemons, apples, and grapes, and a small jar labeled "Nescafe Gold". The fruits are arranged in a loose grouping in front of the coffee pot.

3. Colours: Vibrant and warm palette. Red for the coffee pot lid and handle. Various shades of orange, yellow, and red for the fruits. White and clear glass for the coffee pot body. Brown and gold tones for the Nescafe jar. The background is a warm beige tone.

4. Narrative: This painting captures a moment of domestic abundance and comfort. The combination of fresh fruits with the coffee pot and instant coffee jar suggests a breakfast or brunch scene. The arrangement feels casual and lived-in, as if someone has just stepped away from preparing a meal. The warm colors evoke a sense of coziness and hospitality. Overall, the painting celebrates the simple pleasures of food and drink in everyday life.

5. Original Artist: While this is an original work by Mehrdad Fahimi (as evidenced by the signature), the style and subject matter are reminiscent of the still life paintings of Paul Cézanne. Cézanne was known for his studies of fruit and domestic objects, often arranged in seemingly casual but carefully composed groupings.

However, Fahimi's use of watercolor and the inclusion of modern elements like the Nescafe jar give this painting a more contemporary feel. The loose, fluid style of the watercolor also brings to mind some of the still life works of British artist David Hockney.

This painting continues the tradition of still life art, finding beauty and meaning in everyday objects. It showcases Fahimi's skill in using watercolor to create vibrant, luminous colors and capture the essence of various textures - from the glossy surface of the fruits to the transparency of the glass coffee pot.
